Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Examiner - General Liability to join our team. As a Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing commercial General Liability claims on behalf of our valued clients. This role requires a strong understanding of industry best practices, service expectations, and client service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to achieve timely and appropriate resolutions.
  • Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
  • Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and client.
  • Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests for directions in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • Active adjusters license highly preferred.
