Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the spa or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications, such as CRM systems and email marketing tools.
