Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Construction Services Sales team at Power Plus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, optimizing opportunities within accounts, and ensuring Power Plus remains the vendor of choice for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective relationships with customers through extensive communication over the phone and via email in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships within existing client base and earn referrals to new services or opportunities within the account.
  • Resolve inquiries, investigate complaints, and alert team members to the existence of, and seek resolution to, any issues pertaining to the account.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience developing new business as well as nurturing existing accounts.
  • Previous experience in construction or critical service-related industries a plus.
  • Proven ability to hit aggressive monthly quotas.
  • Proficiency in using MS office suite and CRM tools to manage workload.
