Job Title: Service Sales Representative

Comtel Systems Technology is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully communicating and positioning Comtel's healthcare and security service solutions to customers in the Bay Area market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and develop campaigns to prospect for new opportunities with our customer base and identify new strategic accounts.
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify leads by working with our service teams to determine customer needs.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executive to maintain outstanding customer relationships through monthly virtual meetings and site visits.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target client organizations.
  • Coordinate with our Director of Managed Services to prospect and develop our SMA agreement program for our customer base.
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to proactively engage with clients, quickly establish rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and influence decisions.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
  • Experience in the healthcare market preferred.
  • Experience in selling software or systems within the healthcare market.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or pre-sales support.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Sales / Customer Service Training.
Physical Requirements:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
  • Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.
Travel Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to various job sites weekly as needed.
