Key Responsibilities:- Generate and develop campaigns to prospect for new opportunities with our customer base and identify new strategic accounts.
- Prospect, identify, and qualify leads by working with our service teams to determine customer needs.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executive to maintain outstanding customer relationships through monthly virtual meetings and site visits.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target client organizations.
- Coordinate with our Director of Managed Services to prospect and develop our SMA agreement program for our customer base.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a proven ability to proactively engage with clients, quickly establish rapport, ask thoughtful questions, and influence decisions.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Experience in the healthcare market preferred.
- Experience in selling software or systems within the healthcare market.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or pre-sales support.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Sales / Customer Service Training.
- Requires prolonged sitting, standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination for data input.
- Ability to travel to various job sites weekly as needed.
