Job Opportunity

Nitin Jewelers, NILPA INC is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition in our Sunnyvale office.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Nitin Jewelers' products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to close sales and drive customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals.
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and market opportunities to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hindi, Telegu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Nepali.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of precious metals, stones, and pearls.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales.
  • Certification in sales or marketing.
