CORA Services Inc. is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing emotional, academic, and social support to youth, children, and families in the greater Philadelphia area. We are seeking a skilled Developmental Program Coordinator to join our team as a Lead Teacher at our Funded Preschool program.

Job Summary

The Developmental Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to guide Assistant Teachers and classroom support staff to ensure they are following planned activities and standards.

We offer a competitive salary of $40,814 with no certificate, $42,122 with emergency certification, and $43,431 with a teaching certificate. Our benefits package includes medical benefits with two options of coverage, company-paid Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Long-term Disability coverage, and a 403(b) Pension Plan with generous company contribution after one year of service.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field of study with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE. They will also have a minimum of two years of documented experience working in a classroom setting with an early childhood population.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with state and national standards.
  • Collaborate with other educators to develop and implement curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Establish positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress.
