Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting, utilizing a comprehensive approach to address the diverse needs of children with developmental and behavioral concerns.
  • Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents, fostering a collaborative learning environment that promotes growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to deliver high-quality patient care and support families through challenging times.
  • Mentor junior faculty and providers to enhance team development and clinical excellence, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
