Job Overview

TalentBurst is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision and support to individuals in accordance with their Person-Centered Support Plan. This will include administering medication as needed, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting community integration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and support to individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities
  • Administer medication as needed
  • Assist with activities of daily living such as meal prep, toileting, and personal hygiene
  • Promote community integration through activities such as medical appointments and social security access

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic computer and internet literacy with the ability to utilize applications like emails and time recording
  • Prior experience in the human services field preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Subject to employment screenings including FBI clearance (if applicable)

Benefits
