We are seeking a highly motivated Landscape Sales and Client Services Manager to join our team at Seattle Sustainable Landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business through inbound leads, referrals, and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing residential clients, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Assess client needs, provide estimates, and ensure services are aligned with expectations

You will work closely with our yard care crews to communicate job details and expectations, provide on-the-ground support, and act as a liaison between clients and Spanish-speaking teams to ensure clear communication.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to balance fieldwork, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities. This role combines sales and account management with hands-on support for our yard care crews.

We offer a competitive salary of $50-70K base pay, plus commission/bonus opportunities up to $100K. You will also receive mileage reimbursement for client visits, a company computer and phone, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a flexible, dynamic work environment with opportunities to manage your own schedule. Our benefits package includes 25 paid days off, including two weeks at Christmas/New Year's Day, four additional holidays, five days of choice, and six sick days. You will also have access to our company culture, which prioritizes sustainability, customer service, and employee well-being.
