Landscape Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead one of our construction crews in delivering exceptional landscaping projects.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position that requires a strong background in landscape construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate a team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of landscape construction experience (5+ years preferred), with expertise in various landscaping techniques, including retaining walls, fences, paver patios, and planting. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 members, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and construction managers to review project plans and timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards.
- Maintain clear communication between the office and onsite crew.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
