We are seeking an EPIC Account Manager Level 1 – Engagement:

A proactive and positive individual who excels in building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service and providing expert insights on HFD products. The ideal candidate will respond promptly to client inquiries, offer product information, and identify opportunities to enhance sales from established relationships.

Salary Range: $66,500 - $90,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage opportunities across 1-10 office locations and foster key provider relationships to ensure ongoing revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate HFD's value proposition to qualified leads.
  • Facilitate contract distribution and onboarding for new providers.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation capabilities.
  • Engage in active listening to identify and address provider needs, ensuring alignment with our offerings.
  • Develop and maintain current account relationships while establishing new ones.
  • Explain Medical Device Reports (MDRs) clearly.
  • Comprehend providers' unique integration and configurations with HFD.
  • Guide new providers through the onboarding process and train their staff for swift origination activity.
  • Collaborate with Engagement and Sales teams to manage expectations and foster successful relationship development.
  • Relay provider feedback regarding HFD's existing products and future developments.
  • Prepare and send reports to clients as needed.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to adapt to our evolving business landscape.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables in accordance with SOP guidelines.
  • Contribute to team efforts aimed at achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to management on accomplishments, areas for improvement, and performance metrics.
  • Be flexible in supporting various roles within the team as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
