Project Manager for Wastewater Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage water/wastewater projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
* Develop and coordinate project plans, technical documents, and contractual agreements
* Ensure compliance with enterprise engineering guidelines and regulatory requirements
* Provide project oversight and coordination with local business units and contract operations
* Drive efficiency into project delivery through monitoring of delivery metrics and utilization of alternate procurement and delivery methods
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience managing water/wastewater design and construction projects
* Strong project management skills, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing
* Ability to work effectively on all project phases from planning, design, and construction
* Strong interpersonal effectiveness skills, visible leadership by example, and teamwork
* Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
* Experience utilizing alternate project delivery methods and contracting methods
* Computer skills, including MS Office Suite and planning/performance monitoring tools
* Financial analysis skills, including budget management and ongoing assessment of project risks/opportunities
* Professional Engineer (PE) License desired, PMP and/or Construction Management certifications a plus
