At MassMutual, we're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Enterprise Automation team and help us revolutionize our business operations.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI capabilities, combining internal and external data, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and other technologies to drive process efficiency, elevate productivity, and accelerate digital transformation. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and testers to design and implement software automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results, driving process improvement and innovation.
  • Design and implement effective project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and testers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
