Job Title: Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling personnel for training, analyzing training needs, and developing training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule personnel for training to meet mission performance requirements
  • Analyze training needs and assist in developing training programs
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials and manage the delivery of training
  • Document training completion and maintain training files and personnel records
  • Evaluate software and collaboration tools for training
  • Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Ensure training programs meet DoD standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Senior level: 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with the P/ADDIE Frameworks for training development
  • Experience managing large disperse teams
  • Proficiency in designing training programs and instructional materials
  • Ability to analyze training data and make data-driven improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
