Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling personnel for training, analyzing training needs, and developing training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule personnel for training to meet mission performance requirements.
  • Analyze training needs and assist in developing training programs.
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials, and manage the delivery of training.
  • Document training completion and maintain training files and personnel records.
  • Evaluate software and collaboration tools for training purposes.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Ensure all training programs meet DoD standards, policies, and regulations.

Requirements

  • Senior level: 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with the P/ADDIE Frameworks for training development.
  • Experience managing large disperse teams.
  • Proficiency in designing training programs and instructional materials.
  • Ability to analyze training data and make data-driven improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Clearance Requirements

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
