Job Title: Admissions Trainer

South University is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Trainer to join our team. As an Admissions Trainer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training to new and continuing Admissions Representatives, Directors of Admissions, and Senior Directors of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for Admissions Representatives, Directors of Admissions, and Senior Directors of Admissions.
  • Oversee the development of training materials, including compliance and training materials, for the Enrollment Teamwork site.
  • Work with IT to ensure the online admissions interview is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Conduct training for new Admissions Representatives, Directors of Admissions, and Senior Directors of Admissions on key conversion categories, including appointment setting, interview, commitment, follow-up, and start rates.
  • Develop advanced training modules and materials for use through the e-learning system and conduct trainings via weekly calls.
  • Provide feedback and instruction to Admissions managers on how well they are implementing their local new Admissions Representative training and how to improve upon providing new Admissions Representative training with an emphasis on Admissions competencies achieved.
  • Develop reports to measure and monitor metrics to identify opportunities and provide additional follow-up training.
  • Work with key enrollment leaders and senior leaders to conduct a training needs analysis, prepare system training, and assemble user guides.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of three years in admissions recruitment required.
  • Minimum of three years of training experience required. Preference will be given to higher education admissions training.
  • Two years experience as a South University Admissions Representative preferred.
