Position Overview:
The Events Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the hiring, training, and management of the catering and convention services team. This individual will primarily focus on servicing group business and social gatherings, including the potential sale of events such as weddings.

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in general computer skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel Event Sales and/or Event Planning.
- CMP Certification is preferred.
- Completion of Hyatt Sales training, including PSS and PSN or equivalent.
- Willingness to relocate as necessary.
