Customer Success Manager, Email Marketing- Dynamic Yield

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Dynamic Yield team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute personalized email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective email campaigns
- Provide expert-level support to customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of Dynamic Yield's platform
- Analyze customer data and behavior to inform email marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new ideas and insights into customer success initiatives
- 4+ years of experience in services/consulting or prior onboarding/project management experience, preferably in a SaaS company
- Business fluency in English, with any foreign languages a plus
- Knowledge of online marketing functions, with a solid background in email or omnichannel marketing
- Expertise in at least 2-3 products in the space of CRM, email, personalization, recommendations, or segmentation
- Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply, especially about merge tags, ESPs, and general email and/or app technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent project management and communication skills
