About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager, Email Marketing- Dynamic Yield to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute personalized email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective email marketing strategies
  • Provide expert-level support to customers on Dynamic Yield's email marketing platform, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to inform email marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in email marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on technical expertise and customer success
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact email marketing campaigns and driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Experience working with Dynamic Yield's email marketing platform, or similar technologies
