As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
* Create and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
* Track and report on key growth metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
* Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
* Experience in supporting and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
* Experience with marketing and AI marketing tools.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
* Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
