FUNCTION:

As a Floating Financial Services Representative, you will embody the values of QNB Bank, providing exceptional service in a professional and courteous manner. Your role involves processing transactions efficiently and accurately while promoting bank services and making referrals to relevant business partners. You will travel to various branches within the QNB market areas to support branch staff as needed.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Exemplify QNB's Service and Sales programs with enthusiasm and creativity, achieving set goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
  2. Foster customer relationships by representing QNB with professionalism and confidentiality, ensuring prompt and accurate transaction processing through consultative selling and effective cross-selling techniques.
  3. Promote deposit and loan products while directing customers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  4. Execute financial transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers and/or Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR) at the end of each day.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of the Financial Services Representative role.
  6. Engage with customers effectively, going beyond mere instruction to build rapport.
  7. Possess comprehensive knowledge of QNB products and actively support service and sales initiatives, referrals, and product campaigns.
  8. Complete compliance training promptly and apply the knowledge gained to your responsibilities.
  9. Contribute to community engagement through participation in local volunteer and charitable activities.
  10. Maintain availability during all branch operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
  11. Take on additional job-related responsibilities as required, including the flexibility to work at any branch location.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Ability to stand for extended periods, potentially throughout the entire workday.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills to positively represent the bank when interacting with both internal and external customers.
  3. Completion of required training and product knowledge within the first six months of employment.
  4. Capability to lift and handle coin bags weighing between 25-50 pounds.
  5. Effective communication skills that reflect QNB's sales strategies, including the ability to identify and meet customers' needs.
  6. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are necessary; a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent is required.
  7. Compliance with QNB's operational and security policies, adhering to government regulations and established procedures.
  8. Successful completion of Banking Fundamentals within the first 18 months of employment, achieving a grade of C or higher.
  9. Annual re-certification as a Financial Services Representative is mandatory.
  10. This position may require compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations, with ongoing employment contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including satisfactory background investigation results.
