Job Title: Customer Service Center Representative

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Center Representative is a key member of our QNB Bank team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone and internet.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Model QNB Service and Sales Programs: Demonstrate creativity and energy in achieving sales and quality standards, taking personal initiative and setting a positive example for others.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: Represent QNB in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service through consultative selling and cross-selling.
  3. Evaluate Customer Needs: Use open-ended questions to assess customer needs and refer them to the appropriate resource.
  4. Process Transactions: Open, close, and service various deposit products, complete consumer loan applications, and maintain strong product knowledge.
  5. Compliance and Training: Complete assigned compliance training in a timely manner and apply training to duties and responsibilities.
  6. Additional Duties: Assume additional job-related duties as requested.

Requirements:

  1. Customer Service Experience: Successful experience working with customers and co-workers.
  2. Training and Education: Complete basic CSR training within the first 6 months of employment, high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  3. Communication Skills: Model QNB's sales efforts, including the ability to identify and fulfill customers' current and future needs.
  4. Compliance: Fulfill QNB compliance in operations and security procedures by adhering to government regulations, QNB policy, and established procedures.

Desirable Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

  1. Technical Skills: Operate standard office and phone equipment, including an adding machine, possess keyboarding and standard computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel).
  2. Previous Banking Experience: Previous or current banking experience.
