  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Cross-sell bank services and products to customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and organizational policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver 25-50 pound coin bags, as well as stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, with the ability to perform calculations and record transactions accurately.
  • Must be proficient in all aspects of the role of Financial Service Representative, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
