Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.

Preferred Experiences:

  • 1-4 years of management experience.
  • Consistent track record of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop, implement, and sustain changes to deliver year-over-year improvements to quality, delivery, and cost.
