Are you a results-driven leader who excels in fast-paced environments? We're seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Everett, WA factory and drive business growth.

About the Role:

As an Operations Manager at Fluke, you'll be responsible for managing a team that builds high-quality products while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll lead daily factory management, facilitate Lean kaizen events, and implement strategies to retain and develop a motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to build products safely, with high quality, on time, and within budget.
  • Lead factory daily management and objective problem-solving.
  • Facilitate Lean kaizen events to improve business processes.
  • Implement strategies to retain, engage, and develop a qualified and motivated workforce.
  • Understand and implement vital labor, machines, materials, and space to launch and sustain new products.
  • Budget and forecast variable costs and improve manufacturing costs.
  • Provide cost-benefit analysis on capital equipment and justify expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (such as supply chain, engineering, business, etc.).
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in an operations or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated positive results with Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking.

Preferred Experiences:

  • 1-4 years of management experience.
  • Consistent track record of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop, implement, and sustain changes to deliver year-over-year improvements to quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience (Business Administration or Engineering).
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with Oracle and Business Intelligence.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) for varying levels of leadership.
