  • Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Risk Management: Oversee the management of risk within the region, ensuring that all business activities are conducted in a safe and sound manner.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent credit analysis skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
