Market President Job Description

Equity Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market President to lead our commercial lending efforts in the Independence, Kansas market. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive market growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community leaders
  • Lead a team of commercial lenders and support staff to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial lending, with a proven track record of success
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of team management and development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
