Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante Health System. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient safety and comfort
  • Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
