About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives and actively engage with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  • Document patient responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions in accordance with department standards.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and patient families to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values, which include Excellence, Respect, Honesty, Service, and Teamwork.
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis and perform other physical demands associated with patient care.
