About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante. As a CNA2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient status to the nursing staff, including any changes or concerns
  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting health and wellness
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
