About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our patient care team at Asante. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Document patient progress and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required
