Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant 2

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante. As a CNA 2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
