Certified Nursing Assistant 2 ARRMC Position

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante. As a CNA2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our organization's mission of delivering outstanding healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, promoting safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document patient and family responses, as well as the effectiveness of teaching and interventions, in accordance with department standards.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and patient families to ensure a positive experience.
- Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values, upholding our commitment to excellence, respect, honesty, service, and teamwork.
- CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) is required upon start.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is also required upon start.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, as well as bend, stretch, twist, and perform other awkward physical movements.
