About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our team at Asante. As a CNA2, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Participate in patient education and support.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • CNA-2 certification by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
