Momar, Inc., a privately held specialty chemical manufacturing firm, is in search of a Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist to become part of our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Recruitment Specialist will report directly to the National Manager and will be tasked with fostering genuine connections with potential candidates while implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with our corporate objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for sales positions across various regions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers to accurately assess their needs, refine job descriptions, develop effective interview frameworks, and provide market insights.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including online platforms, to identify and attract top-tier sales professionals.
  • Build and sustain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for both current and future sales roles.
  • Implement innovative passive recruitment strategies to engage elite talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate journey by maintaining consistent communication, offering constructive feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters and team members, sharing best practices and promoting professional development.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create and enhance new recruitment processes and tools.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on recruitment performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Lead initiatives to update recruitment documentation and processes, contributing to overall improvements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities, with a knack for influencing and securing buy-in from all organizational levels.
  • Proven capability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment.
  • In-depth understanding of employment law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting sales professionals across various levels, including management and executive roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to routinely lift and/or move 10 lbs. unassisted.
  • Capability to read and analyze resumes, job descriptions, and various documents.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interviews and interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to occasionally attend job fairs or company events, which may involve standing or walking.
