Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Residency Requirement: Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia
  • Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
As a key player in the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across multiple functions and locations, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure an optimal experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey. You will support the entire organization by becoming proficient in systems (such as Workday/SkillSurvey/etc.), providing problem-solving and advisory assistance. Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for pharmacies/business units
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals. Work with relevant groups to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates, presenting qualified individuals to hiring managers for consideration
  • Manage communication with all applicants and candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and gather feedback post-interview
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring positions are accurately posted internally and externally as necessary
  • Lead and manage the employment offer process, collaborating with human resources and key decision-makers to formulate, negotiate, and extend offers
  • Monitor and audit the progress of candidates to new hires, ensuring timely interviews, reference checks, assessment results, background checks, and drug test progress to facilitate timely onboarding. Ensure each applicant is accurately tracked throughout the recruitment workflow.
  • Prepare weekly status updates and quarterly on-site reviews with pharmacies and business units to ensure recruitment objectives are met.
  • Build and maintain partnerships and outreach efforts to develop talent pipelines with local communities, educational institutions, and organizations.
  • Understand, communicate, and promote the employee referral program
  • Provide assistance, training, and problem resolution related to systems used in the Talent Acquisition process
  • Assist with various HR projects as needed
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources management, or equivalent experience is required
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting within a top-tier organization
  • Hands-on experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills; strong proficiency in Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to work in a consultative manner
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Quality-focused; motivated to identify errors and seek clarification when necessary
Work Environment:
  • Requires up to 40% travel, by air and ground, as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours
