Position Title: Executive Placement Consultant

Role Overview:
As an Executive Placement Consultant at Augmentjobs, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and securing elite executive talent for our clientele. Your collaboration with senior leadership teams will be vital in comprehending their recruitment needs and formulating customized hiring strategies. Your proficiency in executive search, along with your outstanding communication and networking capabilities, will guarantee the delivery of top-quality candidates for pivotal leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to grasp their organizational framework, culture, and specific executive hiring requirements. Offer strategic insights and market intelligence to refine their recruitment approach.
  • Talent Sourcing: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including direct outreach, networking, and database exploration, to identify and connect with high-caliber executive candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Perform comprehensive evaluations of prospective candidates, encompassing interviews, reference checks, and background assessments, to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both clients and candidates. Serve as a trusted consultant throughout the recruitment journey, providing support and guidance to all stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging talent pools to enhance the efficacy of your recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Management: Oversee the offer and negotiation phases, ensuring a seamless transition for both clients and candidates. Address any challenges that may arise during the offer process and post-placement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain precise and current records of recruitment activities and furnish regular updates on progress, metrics, and outcomes to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, demonstrating a successful track record of placements at senior and executive levels.
  • Industry Acumen: Profound understanding of industry trends, market conditions, and executive search methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives and high-level candidates.
  • Networking Skills: Strong networking capabilities and a well-established network of industry contacts and executive talent.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing client needs, assessing candidate suitability, and devising effective recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven negotiation expertise and experience in managing intricate offer processes.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Ethical Standards: Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical practices in all recruitment activities.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment software and tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is advantageous.
