Role Summary:
As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial landscape of the organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence key financial strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the annual financial plan at a strategic level.
  • Formulate a comprehensive five-year revenue projection.
  • Design and implement a KPI Dashboard to monitor profitability across various dimensions including product type, geographic location, and sales personnel.
Analytical Focus:
  • Assess project costs, factoring in labor and materials.
  • Evaluate installer profitability on a regional basis.
  • Analyze sales representative performance in terms of profitability, segmented by region and product category.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation.
  • An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation:Competitive salary up to $105k, with additional performance-based incentives.
