Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance requirements and propose tailored solutions.

Incoming Inquiries: Manage incoming calls effectively, addressing questions and providing necessary support.

Policy Development: Create insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Portfolio Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve client portfolios by suggesting additional products.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide informed guidance.


Qualifications

Licensing: Possession of an active insurance license in Michigan is advantageous.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or the insurance field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Client-Focused: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients.

Flexibility: Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work setting while maintaining productivity.
