Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide outstanding service to our clients, promote our wellness programs, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone outreach
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent math and computer skills
  • Great people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with clients
  • Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
