Benefits

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Monday to Friday Work Schedule


Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as set forth.
  • Engage in cold calling, direct emailing, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales.
  • Request referrals from each client and clarify our referral program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of retention and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a property & casualty insurance license.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat demeanor.
  • Capable of establishing relationships from scratch.
  • Demonstrate professional phone communication skills.
  • Possess excellent listening and closing abilities.
