Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Phone Receptionist to be part of our organization at O'Daniel Honda.

In this position, you will handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, providing detailed information about our offerings, and processing payments.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service and communication abilities, along with a positive demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role within our organization.

We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17 based on experience and work history, with payments made semimonthly.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package along with access to various other perks and discounts through our employee program.


Work Schedule:
Monday: 11am - 8pm, Tuesday - Thursday, Friday: OFF, Saturday: 8am - 6pm, Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls promptly while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assess customer needs and assist with appointment scheduling and other inquiries.
  • Accurately handle customer payment transactions.
  • Provide information regarding available products and services.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of company offerings and information.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and assist in resolving issues.
  • Update customer records with any changes in contact details.
  • Ensure accurate message delivery and follow up with customers as necessary.
  • Stay informed about updates to products and services.
  • Scan documents for digital archiving.

Qualifications:

  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure.
