About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Baxter Auto Group. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, or take thorough messages as needed.
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
  • Communicate with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce customers to available sales consultants.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
