Job DescriptionAt EMS, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
