We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to enhance the travel experience for our customers.
A Meal Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the quality and quantity of meals provided meet customer expectations and that any modifications to orders are accurately executed.
Position Overview:

The Meal Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the standards of meal service, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and addressing any order adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifies that the quality and quantity of meals align with customer specifications.
  • Confirms that all order modifications are completed as requested.
  • Adheres to provided instructions.
  • Collaborates effectively as part of a team.
  • May undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience:
  • Preferred experience of up to one year.
Technical Skills:
  • Not applicable.
Communication Skills:
  • Ability to read and write to complete necessary documentation.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and colleagues.
Job Requirements:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Adherence to company policies is required.
  • Completion of paperwork and related administrative tasks.
Work Environment:
  • Involves handling various food products including pork, poultry, meat, and fish.
  • Exposure to significant temperature variations and noise levels.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shifts.
  • Regularly required to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout shifts exceeding 8 hours.
