Position Overview:


The Front Desk Concierge plays a crucial role in fostering a welcoming and secure atmosphere for residents by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety.

The Concierge oversees visitor access, manages package deliveries, and upholds the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and entrance area. This position reports directly to the Facility Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures a visible security presence on-site.
Welcomes guests and residents, building rapport with community members.
Secures resident consent prior to allowing guests access.
Facilitates the guest check-in process efficiently.
Communicates resident issues to property management and assists with repair requests as needed.
Monitors security systems and surveillance equipment.
Documents any misconduct, incidents, or property damage for management review. Maintains precise records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries. Keeps thorough shift notes and logs to guarantee effective communication during shift transitions. Reports any illegal activities to property management.

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality sectors. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks; possesses a positive, engaging, and attentive demeanor. Bilingual proficiency in one of the following is required: English/Spanish, English/Chinese, or English/Korean.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for the duration of the shift.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Availability to work overnight shifts from 12 AM to 12 PM on weekends. Flexibility for schedule adjustments on a quarterly basis.

COMPENSATION:
