Position Overview

The Law Offices of Richard Montarbo is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Information Management: Generating documentation by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; assisting in the preparation of legal cases.
  • Time Optimization: Supporting attorneys by reviewing, researching, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports, and legal documents; drafting letters and other necessary documents; gathering and analyzing information; managing telecommunications; organizing client meetings and attorney conferences; scheduling couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses, and other specialized tasks.
  • Typing Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate typing skills of 65+ words per minute and are required to provide a typing certificate.
  • Multitasking and Detail Orientation: We are looking for an individual who excels at multitasking and possesses strong attention to detail.
