Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician

Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced medical environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support services, including vital signs, I&O, and other medical procedures as needed.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred.
- Current CNA certification preferred.
- Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology required.
