Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician

Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Clerk/Care Team Technician to join our team. As a key member of our nursing unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff.
Responsibilities- Assist with patient care activities, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collect and document patient data, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program preferred.
- Current CNA certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
