- Provide basic patient care services, including vital sign monitoring and blood glucose testing.
- Assist with patient transfers and transportation within the hospital.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant program preferred.
